Lee Reuben

Joint Managing Director

Having qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1993, Lee subsequently joined the family business Initial Incentives, a leading promotional business gift house.

During the next 16 years, Lee continued working at Initial Incentives, rising in rank to Managing Director in 2002.

During this period, Lee also became involved in many other Start-Ups (some good and some not so good!) including a chain of fast food restaurants, real estate developments and online retailers.

In 2007, Lee founded Initial Rewards with his cousin, Jon and this new venture has grown from strength to strength.

Lee is responsible for Initial's deal origination and business development.

Lee is 39 years old, and is married with three children.
